Gomin and his crew were fantastic! We had an old lattice with wood rot, so it was definitely time for a replacement. Gomin came out for an estimate, thoroughly explained the issues, the replacement process, and answered all of our questions.The whole project was completed in just 2 days — one day for demo and one day for installation. Everything turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

I had an old wood patio cover with rolled roofing. I need it replaced due to severe leaking. I had three other quotes and finally call Goman from Blusky. His price was the best and his crew came in and demo the old and installed the new cover within the day. I'm very satisfied with the out come. My cover is 40x12.

I had hired a different company initially to build my patio but after a month of trying to get the plans and engineering from them and constantly getting the run around I decided to leave them and look for someone else. After looking at a couple new options I knew that BluSky Patios was going to take care of me the right way. Their online reviews and website reassurance that they knew how to handle city permits gave me that comfort I was looking for. Within two weeks we had the permit in our hands (not because of Gomin but because of the days it takes the city to approve each step of the process) and were ready to build. My process was a little unique to say the least, we had demo of an old wooden patio and a cutback on my roof hangover that was already old and rotten so they got rid of it to place the patio flush to the wall (redid the flashing and everything). Within the second day the old patio was removed, the roof was cut and reflashed, and the hangar had been installed for first inspection. Within the next day the city came out and approved the hangar. The following week the guys were on sight once again with material and ready to build the patio from start to finish all in one day. Due to bad weather and rain the guys weren’t able to finish but was promised that they would come out the following day to finish the build from structure to electrical. They kept their promise and completed everything that needed to get done for the second inspection. We had some minor adjustments to do after the second inspection and the guys were back at my house the following day to fix those corrections and have the patio ready for final inspection. The entire process took no longer then two weeks and I couldn’t of been more pleased with how professional Gomin (the owner) and Daniel and Alex (the builders) were throughout the entire thing. I would highly recommend BluSky Patios in a heartbeat not only for their competitive pricing but because of how well they communicated every step of the way and did everything they said they were going to do. Their final goal is 100% customer satisfaction and they lived up to that standard I couldn’t of been more pleased with how smooth everything turned out and how much of a wonderful experience I was left with. If you’re in need of a new patio stop wasting time looking around and hire BluSky Patios you won’t be disappointed.
